Csuci 1/4 wall mural project
This project started with a concept and a colorful color pallete. I knew I wanted to incorporate portraits, buildings, clouds, and a bridge, with the words growth, and balance. I sketched a few designs that changed two -three times as the colors evolved.
Both sides across the end of the bridge are valuable and unique individuals. No one side is better than the other. The grass is not greener on the other side there is a common pattern of believing there is never enough stuff, money, stays, etc. Key is to learn to appreciate what you have. Keep your mental health strong, Love each other and yourself and mend the bonds you have lost in peace.
Created black and white illustrations using acrylic on wood to display in the windows of a brand new dispensary for Tree Factory in Oxnard, CA opening soon.
Every design is cannabis themed with cartoons and details of people places and things seen in the city of
More artwork and collaborations with Tree Factory are happening throughout this year stay tuned!
The lion symbolizes the lion of Judah (revelation 5:5) Once I arrived in ecuador on a misson trip, a portion of the trip was dedicated for painting a mural at La Roca Skate Ministiero. I was asked to lead and design the process with the help of an amazing group part of the mission and the skaters that were part of the community. The proccess had to begin pretty fast, we only had about 3 days, 8 paint gallons, and non stop painting to get the art done. It was truly an incredible experience. Overall over 30 people from different communities speaking different
languages came together to bring a message to beautify the community.
My fascination in mural work started at an early age. In elementary school I watched an artist paint the handball wall for a week, I was amazed. I had always drawn on bigger rolls of paper and knew I wanted to explore artwork on walls. I knew after that day that's what I want to do!
I continued to make art and ease my way into public art and feeling comfortable, so I started by painting live at events and setting up vendor booths with my art. From there the mural process is a lot of meeting new people and finding the right connections.
